I know that moving is a big step in anyone's life, and the process can seem daunting for even the most experienced buyer or seller.
Growing up, I was no stranger to moving; my family averaged one cross-country move every two years. I got so used to moving, that I saved up for my first condo in downtown Toronto at age 20, and then bought and sold 5 more properties over the next 10 years.
I found my passion for Real Estate while building my first of 6 new homes. I found it fascinating from the selection of the lot, to the floor plan, trades, design and ultimately the sale of a brand new home! A natural progression for me was to work with local Developers with the sale of their Vacant Lots, Homes and Multi Family Communities. I found this to be extremely rewarding and thoroughly enjoyed helping people build on their dreams! Progression then led me here, aiding those interested in purchasing or selling a home of their own while witnessing the passion arise in themselves as they move toward their dream.
